"This is my second time with State Farm. After about 25 years with them, I had a bad experience with another State Farm agency/agent. I left them and and went with another company. Even though I had no issues with the new company, on a whim I decided to check with State Farm once again. Brad Hankins' office is the closest to me, so I stopped in. I met with Taryn Phares, and after a few minutes speaking with her, I was pretty sure I was going back to State Farm. She was very personable, knowledgeable and not pushy. I showed her what coverages I was looking for on both home and auto. After a few minutes she had my quotes ready. I took them home to discuss with my wife. I called Taryn back and told her it was decided we'd go back to State Farm. We did save some money, but it was mainly due to the great service. If you're considering a change, give Brad Hankins' office a call and ask for Taryn. You won't be disappointed."
